YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST, ZEESHAN BUTT, PHD
Zeeshan Butt (he/him), PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialty training in health psychology, bringing over 20 years of experience helping adults through complex medical, surgical, and general life transitions, including stress, anxiety, and other adjustment issues.
Zee’s focus is to meet you where you are with practical, evidence-based strategies that deliver real results. As a second-generation South Asian immigrant, he’s also gained unique insights into navigating cultural identities, family expectations, and life's transitions — perspectives that help him connect deeply with diverse clients from all walks of life.
Zee specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and integrative techniques proven to build resilience and clarity. Whether you're managing work pressures, relationship dynamics, or personal growth, Zee will work with you to identify your goals and help address any obstacles getting in your way.
“I believe in compassionate listening and collaborative goal-setting, combining evidence-based strategies with a genuine respect for each patient’s story.”
— Zeeshan Butt, PhD || Founder of Motia Health Consulting
At the end of the day, effective psychotherapy is focused on how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors sometimes support (and other times, get in the way of) our goals.
A big part of Zee's job is to understand your goals and motivations in the context of your values and lived experience. He aims to do this with empathy, respect, dedication, and expertise.
Over 20 years of experience.
A more human approach.
